Washington, D.C. – World famous Pageantry Magazine has released its Spring 2021 issue including cover girl reigning Miss Earth USA Marisa Butler. The issue also includes a multi-page feature of the most recent national pageant in Orlando and an interview with Butler as the USA returns for a back to back Miss Earth win.

Pageantry Magazine is the oldest publication in the United States covering the pageant industry. Recent covers have included Miss America, Miss Universe and Miss USA. This is the second cover for Miss Earth USA in the last year, including Lindsey Coffey, who was crowned Miss Earth 2020

Released in May 2021, Pageantry Magazine announced that Marisa Butler's cover again sold out the magazine. Lindsey Coffey's magazine also sold out by January 2021.

According to Pageantry Magazine's editor Carl Dunn, this spring's in-depth edition includes exclusive coverage of the  2021 Miss Earth USA Pageant leading up to the final moment as Marisa Butler captured the crown, along with a dynamic interview reliving her historic moment and her plans as Miss Earth USA. Additional magazine interviews include Miss USA 2020 Asya Branch and Miss Teen USA 2020 Ki’Ilani Arruda.

Even though the magazine is now sold out, a free digital copy is available on pageantrymagazine.com

Managed by Carousel Productions of the Philippines, Miss Earth focuses on empowering women, promoting eco-tourism and aiding environmental causes around the globe. Nearly 100 delegates known as “beauties for a cause” represent their nations during the highly anticipated annual competition, scheduled to take place in December 2021.

Last year’s Miss Earth USA representative Lindsey Coffey of Pennsylvania earned the USA their first ever Miss Earth international crown. Should Marisa Butler win Miss Earth 2021, this will be the first back to back win for the USA.

Age 27, Marisa graduated Cum Laude from Stonehill College in Easton Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. She earned an athletic scholarship to Stonewall for soccer, lacrosse and cheerleading. Marisa studied abroad at King’s College London, where she specialized in Environmental and Political Economics. Last year, Marisa was a Panelist for Climate Reality's Annual 24 Hours of Reality Event and she became a certified Leave No Trace Trainer.

Marisa recently has concentrated her reign on expanding her nonprofit organization called ‘We Clean Trails’ inviting groups and individuals to clean up trails every weekend.

Marisa will also have the opportunity this year to model at New York Fashion Week for Pixton Design Group as well as San Diego Swim Week, where she will appear as a model and show host.

The next Miss Earth USA pageant will take place on January 8, 2022 in Orlando, including competition divisions for ages 5 and older.
